Equity, Diversity and Inclusion Diversity comes in many forms: gender, race, religion, sexual orientation, age, culture, socioeconomic background, etc. All of these contribute to an individual’s unique experience and supports the right of the resident to have his or her lifestyle and choices respected … as long as the resident’s lifestyle, choices and pursuits do not substantially interfere with the reasonable enjoyment of the residence. (RHA 51(1)(9)).
